To date Starboard has completed fifteen platform transactions with a total enterprise value exceeding $700 million. Our commercial real estate company has completed more than $3.5 billion in commercial real estate development.
We actively listen to business owners and look to match our knowledge and capital resources to their business goals and motivations. Starboard endeavors to properly align the interests of management and investors, enhance the operations and oversight of companies, make strategic acquisitions, and provide general support to significantly enhance value. In all cases Starboard’s principals serve as directors and may also serve as officers, as needed.

Starboard will also consider other special situations on an opportunistic basis where we leverage the expertise and knowledge of our transaction partners, operating partners and advisory board members. Starboard prefers businesses with at least $2 million of EBITDA.
